To further strengthen the foundation of cooperation and accurately match the application needs of power testing equipment, a customer from Jiangsu recently traveled over 600 kilometers by car to visit our company. Focusing on two core products—the transformer comprehensive tester and the circuit breaker characteristic tester—they conducted on-site inspections and in-depth technical exchanges. Our technical director and sales manager accompanied them throughout the visit.
At the beginning of the inspection, guided by our company's technical staff, the client team first visited the product exhibition center to gain an intuitive understanding of the physical appearance and core structure of the two testing instruments. Product engineers demonstrated the design logic of the two devices in real-time, aligning with daily inspection scenarios in power systems. For the comprehensive transformer tester, the demonstration focused on operational procedures for testing current and voltage transformer ratios, polarity determination, and error measurement. Real-time data projection clearly showcased the device's advantages of "high precision and fast response," enabling the core parameter testing of a single transformer in just 5 minutes—addressing the pain points of traditional equipment, such as cumbersome operation and prolonged testing time. For the circuit breaker characteristic tester, the focus was on detecting key indicators in power systems, such as circuit breaker opening/closing time, bounce amplitude, and operating voltage. By simulating the actual working conditions of a 10kV circuit breaker, the device accurately captured millisecond-level action data. Its features of "multi-model compatibility and strong anti-interference capability" earned the client's approval!

Subsequently, both parties held a technical exchange meeting in the conference room. The client raised core issues such as "how to ensure equipment stability under different operating conditions" and "the process for post-sale calibration and support," based on their practical needs in power equipment operation and maintenance. Our technical director addressed each concern in detail, demonstrating a comprehensive quality control and service assurance system. This included the selection of core components (all utilizing imported high-precision sensors), 72-hour continuous operation testing before delivery, nationwide 24-hour after-sales support, and scheduled on-site calibration services. During the meeting, a client representative also presented a specific testing requirement—complex test scenarios for aging transformer current/voltage transformers. The product engineer promptly provided a customized testing solution by adjusting the device parameter module, enabling compatibility with transformers of varying ages and models. This further alleviated the client's concerns about collaboration.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the client expressed that this on-site visit not only directly verified the performance advantages of the two testing instruments but also recognized our company's technical capabilities and service philosophy in the field of power testing equipment. This has laid a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation between both parties. Our company will also take this inspection as an opportunity to continue focusing on the needs of the power testing industry, continuously optimizing product performance, and providing customers with more accurate, efficient, and reliable power testing solutions. Together, we will work to support the safe and stable operation of the power system.
